Banca Aletti Suisse was founded in 2000 as a Swiss bank specialised in “private banking”, and is a subsidiary of Banca Aletti & C. S.p.A., ensuring that the best strategic and operational synergies are achieved.

Banca Aletti started off in money changing, in an early 1800s Milan rich with innovative activities, then turned to focusing on securities brokerage at Piazza Affari stock market.

Financial business took on various forms, from banking in the strict sense to exchange agent, in observance of the different legislative restrictions that governed the markets in the different eras.
The distinctive trait of exclusivity, care for the relationship and qualified selection of customers have remained a constant over time.

The year 2000 saw the start of a highly dynamic process geared towards regional expansion, bolstering the structure and enriching the offering to the customers, which allowed Banca Aletti to acquire a leading position in the Italian Private and Investment Banking markets.

Banca Aletti now incorporates the wealth of expertise of one of the major Italian banking Groups, Banco Popolare, and the tradition of financial specialisation of one of the oldest companies in the Italian national panorama.
